At Geedup Co., we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear; therefore, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that limited release items and sale products are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Geedup tags attached before initiating your request.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred courier to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
